1.1 No apologies were received.
2. Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Bill: Approach to scrutiny
2.1 Members considered the scope and approach paper and subject to a few minor additions, were in agreement to the suggested approach for scrutiny of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Bill.
3. Human Transplantation (Wales) Bill: Stage 1 - Evidence session 4
3.1 The Committee heard evidence from Dr Dariusz Tetla, Clinical Lead for Organ Donation, Cwm Taf Health Board; Professor Vivienne Harpwood, Chair of the Cwm Taf Organ Donation Committee; and Dr Peter Matthews, who represented the Academy of Royal Colleges Wales.
4. Human Transplantation (Wales) Bill: Stage 1 - Evidence session 5
4.1 The Committee heard evidence from Dr Alan Clamp, Chief Executive of the Human Tissue Authority; Victoria Marshment, Head of Performance, Human Tissue Authority; and Chris Watson, President of the British Transplantation Society.
5. Human Transplantation (Wales) Bill: Stage 1 - Evidence session 6
5.1 The Committee heard evidence from Sir Peter Simpson, Chair of the UK Donation Ethics Committee; and Dr Tim Lewens, who represented the Nuffield Council on Bioethics.

6.1 The Committee heard evidence from Professor Ceri Phillips.
